Reduce cart abandonment by displaying ratings and reviews of the products in the customer’s cart using the Loox Cart Reviews Widget.
To add the Cart Reviews Widget to your cart page:
- Inside your Shopify Themes menu, click "Customize" to open the Theme Editor:
- Select the cart page template:
- Click "Add section" on the left-side menu:
- Select "Cart Reviews Widget":
- Drag and drop the widget's app block where you would like it to appear:
- Click "Save".
Optional customizations:
- Display only reviews with photos - When enabled, only reviews with photos or videos will appear.
- Hide product thumbnails - When enabled, the product thumbnail section appearing at the bottom of each review will no longer appear.
- Hide widget when cart is empty - When enabled, the Cart Reviews Widget will not appear on empty cart pages.
- Maximum width - Adjusts the maximum width of the widget.
