Displaying AI highlights
On the convert plan, Loox automatically displays AI-generated review highlights in the following widgets:
If a highlight is available, it appears by default - no setup needed.
Note: AI highlights only apply to 4-5-star product reviews submitted in English.
Customization options
For highlights displayed on your Product Reviews Widget, you can customize the text and background colors and style.
- In your Loox admin, go to "Reviews widgets"
- Click "Customize" under Product Reviews Widget to open the editor.
- Under "AI highlights", customize the following:
- Text and background colors.
- Text style - Bold, italic, or underline.
- Background corner style - Rounded or square corners.
- Anumated highlight - Toggle on to enable background motion for each highlight.
Note: Customizing AI Highlights only affects the Product Reviews Widget layout. It doesn’t apply to the Pop-up Widget, Snippets Widgets, or the Review quick view.
FAQs
Q: Will I see a highlighted quote on every review?
A: Highlights appear only on eligible 4-5-star product reviews written in English. Store reviews and imported reviews are not currently supported.
Q: What happens if no highlight is found?
A: If a highlight isn’t available, the full original review will be shown instead.
Q: Can I disable highlights?
A: At this stage, highlights are applied automatically for eligible reviews, on the Loox Pop-up and Snippets Widgets. You can disable highlights on your Product Reviews Widget directly through its editor, under "AI highights".
Q: Can I change the highlighted quote?
A: Editing review highlights isn't currently supported.
