How to use AI Replies
Follow these steps to generate and publish an AI-generated reply:
In "Manage Reviews", find the review you would like to reply to.
Click the three dots (...) and select "Reply".
Click the AI icon inside the reply box. Loox will automatically write a personalized reply based on the review’s content.

Review and edit the reply - You can edit it to fit your tone or add more details before posting.
Post your reply by clicking “Add Reply”. Your replies will appear publicly on the Product Reviews Widget. The customer will be notified by email when you reply to their review.
Note: Loox automatically detects the reviewer’s language and replies in the same one. If it can’t be detected, we will use your store’s main language.

A: Yes! You can freely edit the generated text before posting it. You can also edit your reply after it has been posted.
