How to Contact Our Support Team

If you need help with anything Loox-related, our Support team is here for you—24/7.
In this article, we’ll walk you through all the ways you can reach out to us, whether you're in the Loox app, browsing our Help Center, or working in your Shopify admin.


Contact us from the Loox app

  1. Click the Help button at the bottom-left corner of any page in the Loox app.
  2. If chat is available, you can start a conversation directly with one of our agents. If chat is unavailable, please fill in the form describing what you need help with and send your message.

Contact us from the Loox Help Center

  1. Click the Help button at the bottom-right corner of any page in the Help Center.
  2. Describe what you need help with, then click "Send Email".

After sending your message, we’ll get back to you by email.


Contact us from Shopify Settings

  1. Within "Apps and sales channels" settings, click "..." next to "Loox Reviews" to open the dropdown menu. 
  2. Click "Get support.
  3. Fill out the form and click "Send message."

You'll receive a response from us by email as soon as possible.
