On July 15th, 2026, we removed the 100 monthly review request limitation to enable you to collect more reviews and customer photos, and experience more of what Loox has to offer. Starting in your next Loox billing cycle, you'll be able to send up to 2,000 review request emails per month. You can find your app cycle dates under “Your plan” in the Settings.

Once your free trial ends, this plan supports up to 500 total orders on your store. After that point, the Beginner Plan will no longer be available and we'll recommend upgrading to a higher-tier plan.
When upgrading your store, all front-facing widgets and reviews remain unchanged, and Loox makes no modifications to your live store.
